100% Money - back Policy


100% refund will be issued on the candidate's (customer's) request through his/her registered email under the following terms:

  1. The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of dispute.
  2. The candidate must have attended at least one training session before requesting 100% money back.
  3. Self-Learning candidates should request within 5 days for course enrollment for availing 100% money back.
  4. 100% MONEY-BACK is NOT applicable for EXAM FEE as it is governed by external certification bodies.
  5. Refund request within 6 months of registration of a course, after which, No-refund would be provided.
  6. The money-back-guarantee scheme is not applicable if the candidate has accessed more than 30% of study material or training sessions.
  7. No refunds shall be given, 2 weeks after the commencement of the batch. However, a candidate can postpone or retake the same.

Exam Booking No-Refund


Exam bookings through external certification bodies: IABAC and IBM are NOT REFUNDABLE as the exam fee is not refunded by these organizations.Candidates registered with partial/full amount should take the exam within 6 months.

Cancellation And Refunds On All Modes Of Training


skillfloor Solutions Pvt Ltd (hereby referred to as ‘skillfloor’ ), reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training event or change the trainer/instructor, location of training because of insufficient enrollments, trainer/ instructor availability due to personal exceptions or force majeure such as floods, earthquakes, Storms, Country Political Situations, etc.

Skillfloor Cancels Training


The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of dispute.
A 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
The delegate will continue to have access to Study Materials or Complimentary ELearning.

Delegate Cancels Training


The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of a dispute.
The refund request should be placed before 30% of the training completion in case of Live Online Training and Classroom (in-person) training.

  1. The refund processing timeline is 7 - 10 days from the day of request.
  2. If any dispute in a refund, please send an email to care@skillfloor.com

Duplicate Payment Refund:


The only request for cancellation through Email is considered official in case of a dispute
A refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed only after requested by the delegates with payment proof.
The refund is processed 5 to 7 working days post intimation by the Delegate.
